All goods sold in our store have the warranty period of 36 months.
Checking the completeness and absence of defects of the product is made with the presence of the consumer in the place of purchase or at home. The completeness of product is defined with description of the product or with its manual.
The risk of accidental loss or damage of goods passes to the customer after the delivery of goods.
As for complex technical products: exchange or refund to the consumer is carried out after the independent examination by an authorized service center in case if the product is not suitable to repair.
The warranty does not apply to periodic maintenance, repair or replacement of parts due to their obsolescence.
During the receipt of the order carefully inspect the package in the presence of a courier. If you do not like the look of the product or it does not meet the parameters of the order, without opening the packaging, return order to the courierе. We will change it for sure. Claims on appearance are accepted only at the moment of delivery.
